Can I end my lease early?
To end your Nissan Motor Acceptance Company (NMAC) lease early, you are generally responsible for the remaining monthly payments, a disposition fee, and any excess wear or mileage. Please speak with your Sales Consultant directly to get exact pricing and details.
What happens if I exceed my mileage allowance?
If you exceed the mileage allowance on a leased Nissan, the leasing company will charge a per-mile penalty when the car is returned. Your Sales Consultant will have all the exact information when you discuss your lease options.
Service & Maintenance
How often should I change my oil?
For newer Nissan models, we recommend changing the oil every 7,500-10,000 miles. For older models, we recommend every 5,000 miles.
When should I rotate my tires?
We recommend rotating tires at the same intervals as oil changes. For newer models every 7,500-10,000 miles and for older models, every 5,000 miles.

Nissan EVs
Can I charge at home?
Yes, you can use Level 1 (120V) or Level 2 (240V) power. Level 1 plugs into a standard household outlet and adds 3–5 miles of range per hour. Level 2 requires a dedicated 240V circuit and a professionally installed wall unit, delivering 12–60 miles of range per hour
How long does charging take?
Charging EV's depends on battery size, typically Level 1 takes 8-24 hours to charge, while Level 2 takes 4-10 hours to fully charge.
Are there tax incentives?
Yes, New York offers the Drive Clean Rebate, a point-of-sale discount of up to $2,000 on over 60 qualifying new EVs and plug-in hybrids. Currently the 2026 Nissan Rogue PHEV is eligible for a $500 rebate, and the 2026 Nissan Leaf EV is eligible for a $2,000 rebate.
How much maintenance does an EV require?
EV's require slightly less maintenance because they don't need oil changes, and have significantly fewer moving parts to service, making them much easier and more affordable to maintain. However, tire rotations, brake, battery, and AC checks are still required!
